This service effectively tackles a wide range of common interior issues and accidents that can lead to unpleasant odors, including but not limited to smoke, and spills from milk, urine, feces (poop), vomit, coffee, soda, juice, wine, beer, and various types of oil and grease. We understand that every vehicle's needs are unique. That's why our approach is customized to your specific situation, potentially involving one or all of the following specialized processes: - Targeted Shampooing: We use specially formulated solutions to deep-clean upholstery and carpets, effectively neutralizing the source of spills and stains. - Comprehensive Odor Removal Wipe-Down: All interior hard and soft surfaces are wiped down with a specialized solution to effectively neutralize lingering odors. - Ozone Treatment: An ozone treatment is applied as needed to thoroughly neutralize odors trapped within soft surfaces and circulating through the ventilation system. To ensure maximum effectiveness, the vehicle's AC and ventilation system must be fully operational during this process. - 3-Month Odor Neutralizer & Deodorizer: A treatment to keep your vehicle smelling fresh for months to come. Pricing & Recommendations - Pricing for this specialized service is by quotation only, with a base price beginning at $180. - For optimal results and to maintain a truly fresh interior, replacing the vehicle's cabin air filter promptly after service is completed is recommended. Important Considerations: - Due to biohazard risks involved in this service, pricing includes replacement equipment filters, towels, brushes and single-use PPE. - Depending on the extent and severity of the spill, stain, or odor, and the comprehensive nature of the service required, the vehicle may need to be dropped off for several hours, potentially overnight at our hub in Conover. - While our Spill, Stain & Odor Removal service provides a deep clean, it is not primarily intended to remove ingrained, heavy soiling. If the vehicle has significant deep-seated dirt or grime, this process may be included at an additional charge. - When addressing upholstery and carpet stains, we commit to delivering our utmost effort for removal. While we strive for the best possible results, complete stain eradication cannot always be guaranteed due to variables such as the stain's origin, duration, and contributing factors.
